On 18 January 2020 Frank Markowitsch will make his debut as conductor of the St. Petersburg State Kapella Symphony Orchestra. The concert programme at the St. Petersburg Kapella includes Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy’s “Italian Symphony”, the 2nd organ concerto by Josef Gabriel Rheinberger and Carl Maria von Weber’s Freischütz Overture. Organ soloist is David Franke.
